Delivery Policy

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES?

Delivery Charges will be calculated at the checkout, varying on your subtotal and your location for delivery. All delivery charges will be shown at checkout, before and after confirmation of your order. (NB All prices include VAT at current ruling rate.)

WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?

Delivery is via Royal Mail, within five working days of your order (UK), with delivery between 9am and 5.30pm. Orders from outside the UK are likely to take longer for delivery. For any enquiries please contact support: info@capure.co.uk

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver Worldwide. As it is difficult to oppose specified shipping costs for certain areas. Some locations may receive inaccurate shipping charges, should this occur we will contact you via email and you may be requested to pay an extra charge for shipping.

CAN I SEND THINGS TO MORE THAN ONE ADDRESS?

We're happy to deliver all or part of your order to addresses other than your own, and during the checkout process you'll be given the option to tell us where you want to send the items in your basket. (Opting for multiple delivery addresses will incur additional delivery charges.)

WHAT IF I'M NOT IN WHEN YOU DELIVER?

Deliveries are usually made on Mondays to Saturdays, between 9am and 5.30pm, if the recipient isn`t in, the courier will leave you an attempted delivery slip, stating whether your parcel is with a neighbour or at your local depot. It will also tell you how you can acquire the package. A second delivery attempt may be made.

WHAT IF ONLY PART OF MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED?
